摘要
目的分析2008-2021年护理领域脑卒中吞咽障碍的研究热点和前沿,为国内脑卒中后吞咽障碍的护理提供参考。方法运用CiteSpace 5.8.R2对Web of Science数据库核心合集中2008年—2021年收录的脑卒中吞咽障碍护理领域相关的文献从发文量、发文期刊、关键词及突现词等方面进行可视化分析。结果共纳入562篇文献,近年来在护理领域脑卒中吞咽障碍的发文量呈上升趋势,美国是发文量最多的国家,中国居世界第5位。《Stroke》《Dysphagia》《Arch phys med rehabil》《Neurology》是本研究领域重要的核心期刊,“脑卒中、吞咽障碍、护理、误吸、卒中相关肺炎、早期管理、筛查、风险、量表”等是本领域的研究热点。结论脑卒中吞咽障碍的流行病学研究、卒中相关性肺炎、吞咽障碍的评估是该领域的研究热点,而早期管理是该领域最新的研究趋势。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of post stroke dysphagia in nursing field from 2008 to 2021 and provide reference for nursing of dysphagia after stroke.Methods Related literature in the nursing field of post stroke dysphagia from 2008 to 2021 were downloaded from Web of Science database.CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software was used to perform visual analysis of the annual literature volume,journal source,key words,and emergent words,etc.Results A total of 562 articles were screened,the number of publications on post stroke dysphagia in nursing field was increasing.The United States had the largest number of research papers and China ranked the fifth in the world.The core journals included‘Stroke’,‘Dysphagia’,‘Arch Phys Med Rehabil’,‘Neurology’.The research hotspots were stroke,dysphagia,nursing,aspiration,stroke-associated pneumonia,early management,screening,risk,scale,and so on.Conclusions This article may provide reference to understand the research hotspots of post stroke dysphagia in nursing field,identify the latest research frontier,and offer references for the research of post stroke dysphagia in China.
