摘要
目的:观察复方丹参滴丸对择期手术冠心病心肌缺血患者心肌供血的影响。方法:选择82例冠心病心肌缺血择期手术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。2组均接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)手术治疗,对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较2组手术前后动脉收缩压/舒张压(SBP/DBP)、心率收缩压乘积(RPP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、二尖瓣口舒张早期及舒张晚期流速峰值比值(E/A)。结果:术前,2组SBP、DBP、RPP、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,2组SBP、DBP、SaO_(2)较术前升高,RPP较术前降低;且观察组SBP、DBP、SaO_(2)高于对照组,RPP低于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,2组LVEF、SV、E/A比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,2组LVEF、SV、E/A较术前升高,且观察组LVEF、SV、E/A明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸应用于择期手术冠心病心肌缺血患者临床效果显著,可有效改善患者血压、心率,降低心肌缺血风险。
Objective:To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on myocardial blood supply in patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease during selective surgery.Methods:A total of 82 patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease during selective surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI);the control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills.The systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure(SBP/DBP),heart rate systolic blood pressure product(RPP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke output(SV)and peak mitral valve velocity ratio(E/A)were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the levels of SBP,DBP,RPP and SaO_(2) between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the levels of SBP,DBP and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)) in the two groups were increased,while the RPP level decreased;the levels of SBP,DBP and SaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the RPP level was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in the levels of LVEF,SV and E/A between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the levels of LVEF,SV and E/A in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above three levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen dripping pills can effectively improve blood pressure and heart rate and reduce the risks in patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease during selective surgery.
