摘要
目的观察结肠镜检查前应用复方聚乙二醇联合不同剂量西甲硅油清洁肠道的效果。方法选取2018年5月—2019年6月我院接受结肠镜检查206例,肠道准备中据西甲硅油应用剂量的不同分为高剂量组(复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油30 ml)105例和低剂量组(复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油15 ml)101例。比较2组肠道清洁程度、结肠镜检查时间、肠道去泡程度、病变检出率及不良反应发生情况。结果高剂量组肠道清洁程度、肠道去泡程度、病变总检出率显著优于低剂量组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在结肠镜检查前应用复方聚乙二醇联合大剂量西甲硅油,可显著提高肠道清洁程度、气泡去除程度及病变检出率,且不会增加不良反应的发生,安全性较高。
Objective To observe the effects of Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with different doses of Simethicone for clearing intestinal tract before colonoscopy.Methods A total of 206 patients who had undergone colonoscopy between May 2018 and June 2019 were selected and divided into high-dose group(Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with 30 ml Simethicone,n=105)and low-dose group(Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with 15 ml Simethicone,n=101).Degree of intestinal cleanliness,duration of colonoscopy,degree of intestinal defoaming,detection rate of lesions and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Degree of intestinal cleanliness,degree of intestinal defoaming and the total detection rate of lesions in high-dose group were significantly better than those in low-dose group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Compound Polyethylene Glycol combined with high-dose Simethicone before colonoscopy may significantly improve degree of intestinal cleanliness,degree of intestinal defoaming and detection rate of lesions without increase the occurrence of adverse reactions and having good safety.
