摘要
随着生猪养殖规模化、集约化水平不断提升,养殖环节中生猪死亡数量与无害化处理能力的矛盾愈发突出,对食品安全、生态环境和公共卫生安全造成隐患。如何建立科学、合理、有效的生猪无害化处理产物的回收与再利用模式是政府、企业和科研工作者亟须研究的重点课题。文章就生猪的无害化处理与资源化利用的意义、现状、可行性、风险控制等方面进行研究与探讨,指出建立并完善可持续发展的无害化处理与资源化利用模式能够提升无害化处理产物的利用率和附加值,提高生猪养殖业经济效益,助力畜牧业高质量发展。
With the continuous improvement of the scale and intensive level of pig breeding,the contradiction between the number of pig deaths and the innocuous treatment capacity in the breeding process has become more and more prominent,causing hidden dangers to food safety,ecological environment and public health safety.It is a key research topic for governments,enterprises,and researchers to study how to establish a scientific,reasonable,and effective recovery and reuse model of products from the harmless treatment of pigs.The article conducts research and discussion on the significance,current situation,feasibility,risk control and other aspects of the harmless treatment and resource utilization of live pigs.The conclusion is to establish and improve sustainable development of harmless treatment and resource utilization mode,increase the utilization rate and added value of the harmless treatment products,improve the economic benefits of the pig breeding industry and promote the high-quality development of animal husbandry.
