摘要
为规范医用耗材供应管理,促进医用耗材的合理使用,针对医院医用耗材目录制定和耗材遴选过程中的难题,提出贴合医院实际、可操作的实施办法以促进耗材遴选工作的规范化、科学化非常重要。在此背景下,该研究主要对医用耗材供应目录管理的现状进行分析,按照目前国家对医用耗材属地化管理的总体要求,基于医用耗材品种的繁杂情况,对遴选工作中的难点提出解决方案,并通过完善目录条目及产品属性、建立健全目录动态调整机制等措施,探索更科学、有效的医用耗材管理方法。
In order to standardize the supply management of medical consumables and promote the rational use of them,aiming at solving the difficult problems in the process of making catalogue and selecting medical consumables,it is very important to put forward practical and operational implementation measures to promote the standardization and scientization in the selection of consumables.On this background,this paper analyzed the present situation of the inventory management of medical consumables supply,and then according to the current status of overall requirements of local administration of medical consumables put forward by the state and based on the multifarious status of medical consumables varieties,proposed solutions to the difficulties in the selection work,and also explored a more scientific and effective management method for medical consumables through measures such as completing the directory entry and product properties,and establishing and perfecting dynamic adjustment mechanism of inventory.
