摘要
针对目前用户需求变化导致的产品设计模糊性问题,提出一种基于场景分析的需求决策方法,以辅助设计师在产品设计过程中进行需求捕获及优先度排序。将场景-产品-用户动态关联,分别从客观场景、目标场景与实际场景出发分解用户行为并迭代用户需求。首先,采用用户旅程地图进行客观场景分析,获取用户体验痛点,进行需求捕获。其次,模拟目标场景,分析用户行为,通过Kano模型对需求进行满意度优先排序,实现用户需求到功能需求的转化,并结合三角模糊数进行功能需求重要性评价。最后运用快速原型设计在实际场景进行需求验证。通过对场景的细粒度分析辅助设计师进行设计决策,快速实现需求迭代,提升产品的用户体验。以办公椅设计为案例,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to address the ambiguity in product design caused by the current changes in user requirements, a scenario analysis-based demand decision method is proposed to assist designers in capturing and prioritizing requirements in the product design process. This paper dynamically correlates scenario-product-user, decomposes user behavior and iterates user requirements from objective scenario, target scenario and actual scenario respectively. Firstly, it adopts user journey map to analyze objective scenarios, obtains user experience pain points, and captures requirements. Secondly, it simulates the objective scenario, analyzes the user behavior, prioritizes the requirements by Kano model, realizes the transformation from user requirements to functional requirements, and evaluates the importance of functional requirements by combining the triangular fuzzy number. Finally, rapid prototyping is used to verify the requirements in the actual scenario. The fine-grained analysis of scenarios assists designers in design decisions, quickly realizes demand iterations, and improves the user experience of products. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verifed by taking the ofce chair design as a case study.
