摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为提升公安大数据平台开发质量提供参考。[方法/过程]基于知识转移理论,结合专家访谈,在全面分析公安大数据平台开发知识转移过程的基础上,构建了知识转移影响因素体系,并用模糊集理论DEMATEL法分析各因素之间的相互关系和重要程度,识别出关键性的影响因素。[结果/结论]影响公安大数据平台开发知识转移的关键因素为转移意愿、关系距离、转移能力、认知惰性。接受意愿可作为公安大数据平台开发知识转移效果重要评价指标。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving the development quality of the public security big data platform. [Method/process] Based on knowledge transfer theory and expert interviews,the paper constructs an influencing factors system of knowledge transfer on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the knowledge transfer process of the development of public security big data platform,and uses the Fuzzy-DMEATEL method to analyze the mutual relationship and importance of each factor to identify the key influencing factors. [Result/conclusion] The key factors affecting the knowledge transfer of the development of public security big data platform are transfer willingness,relationship distance,transfer ability and cognitive inertia. Willingness to accept can be used as an important evaluation index of the effect of knowledge transfer in the development of public security big data platform.
