摘要
氢脆是由于金属基体内渗入过量的氢引起的,属于低应力脆性断裂失效,危害甚大。选取4件镀镉钛连接头产品作为氢脆试验试样,进行镀镉钛工艺处理及除氢处理(190℃×23 h)。按镀覆工艺氢脆试验方法进行氢脆试验,当试验进行到不足13 h时,其中3件氢脆试样均发生断裂。通过对氢脆试验试样进行外观检查、断口宏微观形貌观察、组织检查、硬度检测和原材料氢含量检测,从而确定氢脆试验试样的断裂性质,并对其失效原因进行分析。结果表明:氢脆试验试样断口为氢脆断口,局部区域氢含量偏高是导致氢脆试验试样发生断裂的主要因素。
Hydrogen embrittlement is caused by the excessive infiltration hydrogen into the metal matrix. It is a kind of brittle fracture with low stress and great harm. Four cadmium plated titanium connector products were selected as hydrogen embrittlement test samples for cadmium plated titanium process treatment and dehydrogenation treatment at 190 ℃ for 23 h. Hydrogen embrittlement test was carried out according to the hydrogen embrittlement test method of plating process. When the test was less than 13 h, three hydrogen embrittlement samples broke. Through the appearance inspection, fracture macro and micro morphology observation, microstructure inspection and hardness test and hydrogen content of raw material detection, the fracture properties of hydrogen embrittlement test samples were determined, and the failure reason was analyzed. The results showed that the fracture of hydrogen embrittlement test sample was hydrogen embrittlement fracture, and the high hydrogen content in local area was the main factor leading to the fracture of hydrogen embrittlement test sample.
