摘要
通过探讨目前国内关于中碳钢和中碳合金钢淬回火组织检验的标准,介绍了各标准的适用范围、原材料分类及质量要求、检验方法和淬火组织等级和显微组织说明等内容。得知:标准GB/T 38720—2020《中碳钢与中碳合金结构钢淬火金相组织检验》可满足不同行业、不同领域、不同零件的中碳钢与中碳合金结构钢淬火金相检验与评定需求,以保证检验质量和热处理质量得到有效监控,从而为热处理工艺的优化和质量控制提供科学依据。
The current domestic standards for quenching and tempering microstructure inspection of medium carbon steel and medium carbon alloy steel is discussed, the application scope, raw material classification and quality requirements, inspection methods, quenching microstructure grade and microstructure description of each standard is introduced. It can be learned that the standard of GB/T 38720—2020 Quenching Metallographic Microstructure Inspection of Medium Carbon Steel and Medium Carbon Alloy Structural Steel can meet the requirements of different industries quenching metallographic inspection and evaluation requirements of medium carbon steel and medium carbon alloy structural steel in different fields and parts to ensure that the inspection quality and heat treatment quality are effectively monitored, so as to provide a scientific basis for the optimization and quality control of heat treatment process.
