牛筋草叶斑病病原菌的分离鉴定及其除草活性 被引量:2

Isolation and Identification of a Pathogen of Eleusine indica Leaf Spot and Its Herbicidal Activity

摘要 化学药剂类除草剂的大量使用已导致了严峻的生态环境问题,利用生防真菌进行除草是一种有效且对环境友好的杂草防控新手段。本研究在广东省肇庆市鼎湖山发现了牛筋草(Eleusine indica)病害,随后采集病株样品,并从病叶上分离获得一株真菌ZW21-2。通过对培养的该病原菌进行菌落形态观察和分子生物学(rDNA-ITS序列)检测,鉴定该病原菌为根腐离蠕孢(Bipolaris sorokiniana)。利用科赫法则对其致病性进行验证,并测定该病原菌菌体及粗毒素对9种常见杂草的致病力。结果表明其对狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica)、硬骨草(Arundinella anomala)等禾本科杂草具有较强的致病力,说明该病原菌有开发成为微生物除草剂的潜力。本研究为开发禾本科杂草的生物防治或生物除草剂研制提供基础资料。 The extensive use of chemical herbicides has been caused severe ecological and environmental problems. The use of biocontrol fungi for weed control is an effective and environmental friendly new method. In current study, Eleusine indica disease was discovered in Dinghu Mountain, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province,subsequently, diseased plant samples were collected and a fungus ZW21-2 was isolated from the leaves. The pathogen was identified as Bipolaris sorokiniana by colony morphology observation and molecular biology(RDNAITS sequence) detection. The pathogenicity of the pathogen was verified using Koch’s postulates, and the pathogenicity of the pathogen itself and its crude toxin to nine common weeds was tested. The results showed this pathogen has strong pathogenicity to these gramineous weeds of Cynodon dactylon, Eleusine indica,Arundinella anomala etc, indicating that the pathogen has the potential to be developed into a microbial herbicide.This study provides basic data for the development of biological control or biological herbicide development of gramineous weeds.
