基于CMT技术的薄壁不锈钢框架焊接工艺研究

摘要 针对5mm厚S32168薄壁不锈钢框架结构的角焊缝焊接,开展了5mm厚试板的T型接头的CMT和CMT+P焊接工艺试验,比较了CMT、CMT+P焊接模式和弧长修正、脉冲修正工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,获得了较优的工艺参数并按NB/T47014-2011标准进行了工艺评定。结果表明,采用CMT工艺可以获得根部熔合的焊接接头,但根部存在气孔缺陷,焊缝外观为凸形,成型较不美观。采用CMT+P模式并搭配合适的弧长修正和脉冲修正参数,可以得到根部熔合且角焊缝为平甚至微凹的焊缝,根部无气孔等缺陷,焊缝成型美观均匀,工艺评定合格。通过设计专用工装夹具、合理的施焊顺序并采用优化的焊接工艺,框架结构样件焊缝外观、内部质量及焊后变形量可满足图纸及制造要求。 Aiming at the fillet welding of a 5 mm thick S32168 stainless steel frame structure,CMT and CMT+P welding experiments of T type joint of 5 mm thick plate were carried out,the influences of CMT,CMT+P modes,arc length correction and pulse correction parameters on the weld appearance were compared.Optimal welding parameters were obtained and the welding procedure qualification was performed according to NB/T47014-2011 standard.The results show that welded joints with complete root fusion could be obtained using CMT mode but pore exists in the root zone,and the weld appearance is convex and not beautiful.Plat or slightly concave fillet weld with complete root fusion and no pore could be obtained by using CMT+P mode matching with proper arc length correction and pulse correction parameters,and the weld appearance is beautiful and the weld procedure is qualified.The weld appearance,inner quality and post weld deformation of the frame structure can meet the drawing and manufacture requirements by using designed fixture,proper welding sequence and optimized welding parameters.
