某电厂二期空气压缩机设备及方案选择

摘要 对螺杆式和离心式空压机设备的特点进行综合比较可知,离心式空压机在较大出力时(流量≥120 m^(3)/min)优势明显,而螺杆式空压机在较小出力时(流量≤60 m^(3)/min)优势明显。根据项目特点,从投资和节能角度,按照两种不同压强,提出4种不同的空压机设备配置方案。进行技术经济比较后,推荐采用螺杆机方案或离心机+螺杆机的方案,供用户参考。 According to the characteristics of screw and centrifugal air compressors, this paper makes a comprehensive comparison, and puts forward that the centrifugal air compressor has obvious advantages at large output(flow≥120 m^(3)/min), while the screw air compressor has obvious advantages at small output(flow≤60 m^(3)/min). According to the characteristics of the project, from the perspective of investment and energy saving, four different air compressor equipment configuration schemes are proposed according to two different pressures. After technical and economic comparison, screw machine scheme or Centrifuge + screw machine scheme are recommended for users′ reference.
