防城金花茶国家级自然保护区次生季雨林木本植物多样性与种间联结性 被引量:4

The diversity and interspecific connection of woody plants in the secondary season rainforest of Guangxi Fangcheng Golden Camellia National Natural Reserve

摘要 在防城金花茶国家级自然保护区建立1 hm^(2)次生季雨林动态监测样地,以样地内胸径≥1 cm的木本植物为研究对象,探讨木本植物组成、群落结构、物种α多样性,并定量分析样地内最重要的15个优势种的种间联结性。结果表明:样地内的木本植物个体数量为9557株,分属于63科、128属、188种,优势科为茜草科、樟科和桑科,具有明显的热带性质;样地内木本植物主要优势物种为九节、鹅掌柴、罗伞树、光叶毛冬青、罗浮柿、两广梭罗、肉实树,个体高度主要集中在2~6 m之间;样地α多样性方面,Simpson指数为0.98,Shannon Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数分别为4.28和0.81,群落内物种分布相对均匀;经X^(2)检验,样地内15个优势种105个物种对中仅有32.4%具有显著的相关性,种间关联较弱;大部分关联强度都处于相对较低的水平,群落处于不稳定的演替阶段,具有明显的次生特性。 In this study,a dynamic monitoring sample plot of 1 hm^(2) secondary seasonal rain forest was established at Golden Camellia National Nature Reservein Fangcheng of Guangxi.The woody plants with DBH≥1 cm in the sample plot were taken as the research objects to explore their floristic composition,population structure,species diversity,and dominant species association.The results showed that the individual number of woody plants in the plot was 9557,belonging to 188 species,128 genera and 63 families.The dominant families in the plot were Rubiaceae,Lauraceae,and Moraceae,with obvious tropical characteristics.The main dominant species of woody plants in the sample plot were Psychotria rubra,Schefflera octophylla,Ardisia quinquegona,Ilex pubescens,Diospyros morrisiana,Reevesia thyrsoidea,and Sarcosperma laurinum,and the heights are mainly concentrated between 2-6 metre.In terms ofαdiversity,the Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener value index,and Pielou evenness index was 0.98,4.28,and 0.81,respectively,reflecting the relatively uniform distribution of species in the community.X^(2) test results showed that only 32.4%of 105 species pairs of 15 dominant species in the sample plot had significant correlation,indicating that the interspecific correlation of the community was weak.Accordingly,73.33%of the 105 species pairs were significantly positively correlated,and almost none were significantly negatively correlated.Most of the correlation intensity was at a relatively low level,indicating that the community structure in this area was in the development stage as a whole.
