摘要
体育治理是社会治理的重要组成部分,体育治理体系和治理能力关系着社会治理体系和治理能力现代化的实现。新的社会主要矛盾的转化,在公共体育领域体现为公众体育需求不断增长与体育资源配置不均衡、不充分的矛盾,这对我国公共体育服务治理提出了新的挑战。针对目前公共体育服务在设施、组织、活动中存在的亟待解决的问题,通过完善政府投入机制、调整公共体育服务组织体系、开展多元的公共体育活动等途径,不断推进公共体育服务治理的现代化、规范化水平。
Sports governance is an important part of social governance, sports governance system and governance capacity is related to the realization of social governance system and governance capacity modernization. The transformation of the new main social contradiction in the field of public sports is reflected in the contradiction between the growing demand of public sports and the unbalanced and inadequate allocation of sports resources,which poses a new challenge to the governance of public sports service in China. In view of the existing problems in the facilities, organizations and activities of public sports service, the modernization and standardization level of public sports service governance is constantly promoted by improving the government input mechanism, adjusting the organization system of public sports service and carrying out diversified public sports activities.
