摘要
目的:对比自我筋膜放松与传统热身对单板滑雪运动员运动表现的急性影响。方法:以16名男子单板滑雪运动员为实验对象,采用交叉实验法随机执行自我筋膜放松或传统热身方式,比较两种热身方式对运动员坐位体前屈、下蹲跳、Pro敏捷性测试和30m冲刺跑的差异。结果:与前测值相比,自我筋膜放松和传统热身方式对运动员的柔韧、跳跃、灵敏和冲刺能力均有非常显著提高(p<0.01);与传统热身方式相比,采用自我筋膜放松热身方式运动员的坐位体前屈成绩非常显著增加(p<0.01),下蹲跳高度、功率显著提高(p<0.05),Pro灵敏性测试和30m冲刺跑成绩未出现显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:自我筋膜放松可以改善运动员柔韧素质、跳跃能力、灵敏素质和冲刺能力,但与传统热身方式相比灵敏和冲刺能力差异不显著,建议在准备活动中应适当增加下肢肌群自我筋膜放松。
Objective: To compare the acute effects of self-fascial relaxation and traditional warm-up on performance of snowboarders. Methods: 16 male snowboarders are randomly performed with self-fascia relaxation or traditional warm-up method by cross experiment. The differences of the two warm-up methods on the athletes’ sitting forward bend, squat jump, Pro agility test and 30 m sprint are compared.Results: Compared with the pretest value, the flexibility, jumping, agility and sprint ability of self-fascial relaxation and traditional warm-up method were significantly improved(P<0.01);Compared with the traditional warm-up method, the self-fascia relaxation warm-up method significantly increased the sitting forward bend distance(P<0.01), the squat jump height and power(P<0.05), Pro sensitivity test and 30-meter sprint running time had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: SELF-fascia relaxation can improve athletes’ flexibility and jumping ability without affecting agility and sprint ability. Therefore, appropriate self-fascia relaxation of lower limb muscle group should be increased in preparation activities.
