摘要
梳理了绿色金融发展促进产业结构升级的作用机制,并通过构建绿色金融效率测度指标体系测度了湖南绿色金融效率值,再从绿色信贷门槛、技术创新与绿色消费等三大途径实证研究了绿色金融发展对产业结构升级的影响。研究发现:湖南市州间产业结构与绿色金融效率存在时空特征,绿色金融发展能够通过三大途径促进湖南产业结构的优化;绿色金融发展能够通过技术创新、绿色消费观念的途径促进产业结构合理化升级,但是难以通过绿色信贷门槛、技术创新与绿色消费观念三大途径实现产业结构的高度化升级。
Making good use of green financial tools is of great significance to the upgrading of the regional industrial structure.The paper sorts out the mechanism of the development of green finance to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in theoretical analysis.And it also measures the efficiency of green finance by constructing an index system for measuring the efficiency of green finance in Hunan.Then from the three channels of green credit threshold,technological innovation and green consumption,respectively,empirically study the impact of green finance development on the upgrading of industrial structure.The research finds that the inter-state industrial structure and green finance efficiency in Hunan have temporal and spatial characteristics.The development of green finance can promote the optimization of Hunan's industrial structure through three major channels.The development of green finance can promote the rationalization and upgrading of the industrial structure through technological innovation and green consumption concepts,but it is difficult to achieve a highly upgraded industrial structure through the three major approaches of green credit threshold,technological innovation and green consumption concepts.
