摘要 本研究利用^(60)Co-γ射线辐射诱变希腊牛至(Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum)种子,构建突变体群体,并筛选具有优异性状的牛至突变体。结果表明,随着辐射剂量的增加,牛至种子的发芽率和发芽势显著下降(P <0.05),400 Gy及以上的辐射剂量导致牛至种子萌发后胚根停止生长,无法成苗。在100~200 Gy辐射剂量下,获得8 170株M;代突变体群体。参考未处理对照株系的田间表型,筛选获得了一批植株高大、茎节短、分枝多、大叶、叶色及花色变异等诸多类型的突变体,为高产优质牛至新品种培育奠定了基础。 In this study, Greek oregano(Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum) seeds were exposed to^(60)Co-γ-ray radiation to generate a mutant population for mutant screening with elite traits. The results showed that, with increasing dosage of radiation, the germination rate and germination potential of oregano seeds significantly decreased, and exposure to radiation dosages of 400 Gy or higher led to radical growth stagnation with seedling non-survival. A total of 8 170 M_(1)mutants were obtained at radiation dosages of 100~200 Gy. In comparison with the phenotypic traits of untreated control plants in the field,a group of mutants with tall plant height, short internode length, multiple shoot numbers, large leaf size, and varied leaf and flower colors were obtained, thus providing a foundation for breeding new, high-yield, and high-quality oregano varieties.
