摘要
本文叙述了卫生纸机生产线的能源需求及生产系统现状,分析了中小型燃气轮机在卫生纸机生产线上应用的必要性,详细论述了燃气轮机热-电-气三联供系统在卫生纸机生产线的应用方式,以及热、电、气等系统调节方式。结果表明,燃气轮机热-电-气三联供系统完全可以满足卫生纸机生产线的生产需求,同时具有良好的发展前景和经济效益。
This paper describes the energy demand of the toilet paper machine production line and the current situa⁃tion of the production system,analyzes the necessity of the application of small and medium-sized gas turbines in the toilet paper machine production line,and discusses in detail the application mode of the gas turbine heat electricity gas triple supply system in the toilet paper machine production line,as well as the system regulation modes of heat,electric⁃ity and gas.The results show that the gas turbine heat electricity gas triple supply system can fully meet the production needs of the toilet paper machine production line,and has good development prospects and economic benefits.
