摘要
警法类院校实行警务化管理,是向社会输送高素质复合型人才的关键举措之一。实行警务化管理,有利于学生树牢忠诚为民的政治品质,提升军人素质,增强组织纪律性,促进德、智、体、美等方面全面健康发展。警法类院校要依据《教育法》《人民警察法》《普通高校学生管理规定》以及有关法律法规,针对警法类院校管理现状,遵循"三全育人"的教育理念,凝聚师生共识,强化警务化管理,以更好地实现培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的目标。
The implementation of policing management in police and law colleges is one of the key measures to deliver high-quality compound talents to the society.The implementation of policing management will help students to establish a political quality of loyalty to the people and improve their military quality;it will help them enhance organizational discipline and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic aspects.Therefore,according to the Education Law,People’s Police Law,Regulations on the Management of College Students and relevant laws and regulations,police and law colleges should focus on the management status,follow the educational philosophy of Threewide Education,consolidate the consensus of teachers and students and strengthen policing management to better realize the goal of cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause.
