摘要
为适应科学技术深度发展趋势以及经济与社会发展的多元化人才需求,我国研究生教育必将迎来新的发展面貌,这为其改革提出了更高要求,多学科交叉融合成为关键所在。基于此,研究具体从人才需求维度、内生体系维度、组织建制维度和文化观念维度进行了研究生多学科交叉融合学科建设的路向分析,并结合现状探索,提出了当下适宜的学科建设路径:打造多学科交叉融合的专业教师团队,深化多学科课程体系改革,提供多学科交叉融合学科建设的载体。
In order to adapt to the deep development tendency of science and technology,and the diversification talent demand of economics and social development,postgraduate education in China will develop in a new way,and higher requirements are proposed for the reform.Multidisciplinary is very important.Based on this,the research analyzes the pathway of the discipline construction of graduate student multidisciplinary integration from the following dimensionalities,including talent demand,endogeny system,organization construction and culture concept.And through combining with the exploration of current situation,suitable discipline construction pathway is proposed,to create professional teacher team qualified with multidisciplinary integration,deepen the reform of multidisciplinary course system,and provide the carrier for multidisciplinary integration construction.
