摘要
基于高等职业教育人才培养目标与现状,提出了高等职业教育人才培养目标与课程体系优化对策,应明确人才培养目标,突破传统课程建设壁垒,以岗位需求为导向,强化技能实践训练,以提升教育质量,贴合市场人才需求。
Based on the higher vocational education talent training objectives and the present situation,the study proposes the higher vocational education talent training objectives and curriculum system optimization countermeasures.It is suggested to clarify talent training objectives,innovate the traditional curriculum construction,and strengthen skill practical training oriented by post demands,to improve education quality and meet talent demands of the market.
