摘要
为有效监控与预测唐口煤矿煤自燃危险程度,利用热重-差热分析技术,测试了唐口煤矿煤样在4种不同升温速率(5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min、20℃/min)的TG/DSC曲线,分析了特征温度(缓慢氧化温度、热解温度、燃点、半寿温度和最大失重速率温度等)与热量特征。结果表明,不同升温速率下TG/DSC曲线的变化趋势相似,随升温速率的增加向高温方向延迟;各特征温度点基本随升温速率的增加而增大,15℃/min时缓慢氧化温度值最大。唐口煤矿煤样氧化反应最剧烈的点位于失重曲线的黄金分割点附近;同一升温速率下,最大释热功率对应温度滞后于最大失重速率对应温度。
In order to effectively monitor and predict the risk degree of coal spontaneous combustion in Tangkou Coal Mine, the TG/DSC curves of coal samples in Tangkou Coal Mine at four different heating rates(5 ℃/min, 10 ℃/min, 15 ℃/min and 20 ℃/min)were tested by thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis technology, and the characteristic temperatures(slow oxidation temperature, pyrolysis temperature, ignition point, half life temperature and maximum weight loss rate temperature)and thermal characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the change trend of TG/DSC curve under different heating rates is similar, and it delays to high temperature with the increase of heating rate;each characteristic temperature point basically increases with the increase of heating rate, and the slow oxidation temperature is the largest at 15 ℃/min;the most violent oxidation reaction point of coal sample is near the golden section point of weight loss curve;at the same heating rate, the temperature corresponding to the maximum heat release power lags behind the temperature corresponding to the maximum weight loss rate.
