纳林庙煤矿二号井通风系统优化改造 被引量:3

摘要 针对纳林庙煤矿二号井矿井通风系统不合理,防灾、抗灾能力差的问题,研究该矿通风系统优化方案。根据二号井的通风网络结构、分支风阻、风机特性、用风地点和用风量等通风系统现状,设计出通过在4;号煤层、4;号煤层、6;号煤层辅运大巷、主运大巷与回风大巷联络巷间构筑通风设施,并通过增加供风距离来加大通风阻力以达到控制主斜井进风量及6;号煤层局部通风系统反转的优化方案,使纳林庙煤矿二号井4;号煤层、4;号煤层、6;号煤层3个煤层由“一进两回”的通风系统转变为“两进一回”的通风系统。通过优化方案的实施,解决了矿井通风系统存在的安全隐患,合理利用了矿井的有效风量,避免了因矿井停产所造成的经济损失和社会负面影响。 Aiming at the problems of unreasonable ventilation system, and poor disaster prevention and resistance ability of No.2 mine in Nalinmiao Coal Mine, the optimization scheme of ventilation system is studied.According to the current situation of the ventilation system such as the ventilation network structure, branch wind resistance, fan characteristics, air consumption location and air volume of the mine, the optimization scheme of the ventilation system is put forward, that is, constructing the ventilation facilities in the connecting roadway of auxiliary transportation roadway, main transportation roadway and return air roadway of coal seam 4;,coal seam 4;and coal seam 6;,lengthening the air supply distance to increase the ventilation resistance to control the air intake of the main inclined shaft, and reversing the local ventilation system of coal seam 6;,so as to change the ventilation system of coal seam 4;,coal seam 4;and coal seam 6;from “one inlet and two return” to “two inlet and one return”.Through the implementation of the optimization scheme, the potential safety hazards of the mine ventilation system are solved, and the effective air volume of the mine is reasonably used, so as to avoid the economic loss and social negative impact caused by the shutdown of the mine.
