摘要
面对突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情,考验着企业对突发事件的应急管控能力。本文通过介绍和阐述应急管理体系的概念及意义,结合本企业作为大型国有煤矿的生产经营、管理等特点,在本次突发性新冠肺炎疫情公共卫生事件期间的应对措施和做法,以及实际取得的防控效果。通过讨论,分析其管理中的优点和不足,就如何做好大型煤矿企业应对突发性公共事件,提出意见和建议。
Facing the sudden novel coronavirus pneumonia, it tests the emergency management and control ability of enterprises.Based on the concept and significance of emergency management system, combined with the characteristics of production and management of large state-owned coal mines, the measures adopted by enterprises in the public health emergencies during the outbreak of new crown pneumonia and the actual prevention and control effect are discussed.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages in the management of large-scale coal mine enterprises, opinions and suggestions for large-scale coal mine enterprises to deal with sudden public events are put forward.
