结果经本文研究,B组患者治疗后E2(225.84±16.84)pmol/L,FSH(10.01±1.02)U/L,LH(9.87±0.47)U/L。B组子宫内膜厚度(5.21±1.34)mm,Hb(115.36±15.38)g/L,Hct(36.42±2.16)%。
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Mirena and Progesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)during perimenopausal period. Methods In this article,60 patients with AUB in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups.Group A was treated with medroxyprogesterone and group B was treated with Mirena. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results According to the study in this article, after treatment, patients in group B have E2(225.84±16.84)pmol/L,FSH(10.01±1.02)U/L,and LH(9.87±0.47)U/L.The thickness of the endometrium in group B was(5.21±1.34)mm,Hb(115.36±15.38)g/L,and Hct(36.42±2.16)%.There was 1 case of abnormal vaginal bleeding in group B(3.33%),and 1 case of dizziness(3.33%).There were no other adverse reactions, compared with group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion An oxyprogesterone can achieve a good hemostatic effect in patients with AUB,but it cannot treat patients with severe anemia, and there are relatively many adverse drug reactions.Compared with the therapeutic effect of medroxyprogesterone, the therapeutic effect of Mirena is more prominent, with fewer adverse reactions, can effectively inhibit vascular proliferation and other conditions, accelerate the thinning of the endometrium, and improve the excessive bleeding. It is worthy of clinical practice widely used.
