摘要
水下超疏油是指在水、油、固三相体系中,水下油滴接触角>150°的表面,在油水分离、抗生物黏附、油滴操控、自清洁等领域具有良好的应用前景。水下超疏油涂层存在制备工艺复杂、成本高的缺点,限制了水下超疏油涂层在实际中的应用。本文介绍了水下超疏油涂层的制备方法及其在不同领域的应用研究情况,指出了水下超疏油涂层研究中的不足,并进行了展望。
Underwater superoleophobic surfaces were surfaces that displayed contact angle with oil droplets larger than 150°in oil/water/solid three-phase system.The underwater superoleophobic surfaces was attracted great research interest due to its promising applications in the manipulation of microfluids,anti-bioadhesion materials,water-oil separation,self-cleaning and so on.However,currently available underwater superoleophobic coating preparation method had the disadvantages of process complex and costly,thus severely limitied the widespread use of underwater superoleophobic coatings.This paper focused on the preparing methods and applications of different fields,also put forward the shortcomings and prospects for future development of underwater superoleophobic coating.
