摘要
地铁是城市立体交通系统的重要组成部分,而道岔是地铁最薄弱的环节。然而,道岔的复杂性决定了在现有条件下不可能构建基于正向原理性解构的状态和伤损监测系统。考虑到地铁运行过程中会持续产生大量的运行和状态数据,提出基于数据驱动的地铁道岔钢轨健康和诊断系统。此系统在地铁健康状态发生大的跃变(质的改变)时,会触发三类报警,基于报警类型可进行有针对性的维修甚至换轨。该系统在广州地铁某线试运行期间被验证效果良好,实现了计划修到状态修的转变,节约了养护成本。
The subway is an important component of the urban transportation system,and the turnout is the weakest link of the subway.The complexity of the turnout determines that it is impossible to construct a state and damage monitoring system based on the deconstruction of the positive principle.Considering the continuous production of a large amount of operation and status data during subway operation,presents a data-driven subway turnout rail health and diagnosis system(PHM).This system will trigger three types of alarms when there is a big jump in the health of the subway(a qualitative change),the owner can carry out targeted repairs and even track changes based on the type of alarm.The system was verified to be effective during the trial operation of Guangzhou Metro Line,which realized the transition from planned repair to repairing on condition and saved maintenance costs.
