摘要
目的探讨PBL联合CBS教学模式对护理实习生批判性思维能力的影响。方法将PBL联合CBS教学模式应用到2020年11月—2021年3月在本院神经外科实习的47名护理(含助产)实习生的临床护理教学中,比较应用联合教学模式前后,护理实习生批判性思维能力得分的变化,分析PBL联合CBS教学模式对护理实习生批判性思维能力的培养效果。结果47名护理实习生接受PBL联合CBS教学模式教学前的批判性思维能力测量表总分为(278.53±6.95)分,接受联合教学模式后的批判性思维能力测量表总分为(288.02±10.41)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。批判性思维7个方面的特质中,寻找真相、分析能力、批判思维的自信心和求知欲4个特质的得分均在PBL联合CBS教学后明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBS教学模式在神经外科护理实习生的应用效果显著,有助于护理实习生批判性思维能力的培养。
Objective To discuss the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based study(CBS)teaching model on critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods From November 2020 to March 2021,47 nursing students in department of neurosurgery from the second people’s hospital of Shantou were selected.Apply PBL combined with CBS teaching model to these nursing students.Compare the score of critical thinking disposition inventory-chinese vension(CTDI-CV)before and after applying PBL combined with CBS teaching model.Analysis the effect of critical thinking ability cultivation.Results The total CTDI-CV score of 47 nursing students after applying PBL combined with CBS teaching model was(288.02±10.41)points,which was higher than before(278.53±6.95)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Four subscale scores in the aspects of seeking for truth,analytical ability,self-confidence of critical thinking and thirst for knowledge of the nursing students after applying PBL combined with CBS teaching model were significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBS teaching model can improve teaching effect and be beneficial of critical thinking cultivation of nursing students.
