摘要
以铜粉作为有效成分,采用挤出流延法成功制备了Cu/LDPE防银变色包装膜。利用热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)以及阻隔性能、光学性能、力学性能、银片色差等测试,研究了平均粒径D50为10.11μm的铜粉在不同含量时对复合膜各项性能的影响。结果表明,铜粉含量对薄膜的力学性能和防银变色性能影响较大,随着铜粉含量的增大,薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率逐渐下降,薄膜所包装的银片经3×10^(-6) H_(2)S腐蚀试验后,其表面的色差先降低后不变;当铜粉含量为8%(质量分数)时,与纯LDPE相比,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别下降了6%和16%,其对应银片的色差值下降了96%。
The copper/low-density-polyethylene(Cu/LDPE)anti-tarnish packaging films for silver are successfully prepared by extrusion casting method with the copper powder as the effective ingredients.The thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),UV-vis spectrophotometer(UV-Vis),as well as barrier properties,optical properties,mechanical properties,and silver flake chromatic aberration tests are used to study the effect of different content of copper powder with an average particles size D50 of 10.11μm on the properties of the films.The results show that the copper powder content has a greater impact on the mechanical properties and anti-tarnish properties of the films.With the increase of the copper powder content,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the film gradually decreases,while the chromatic aberration on the surface of the silver flakes packaged in the films first decreases and then remains unchanged after the 3×10^(-6)H_(2)S corrosion test.The tensile strength and elongation at break decrease by 6%and 16%,respectively,and the chromatic aberration of the corresponding silver flake decreases by 96%compared with pure LDPE when the content of copper powder is 8 wt%.
