摘要
新时期的农业转型升级对于我国的农业发展具有重要意义,其中农产品地理标志是和“三农”紧密地结合的特殊知识产权问题,通过对当下农产品地理标志保护管理的现状分析,进而探究相应的完善路径,以实现农产品地理标志巨大的社会价值和经济价值,促进我国农业的发展。
