摘要
当前国际形势处于重要转型期和深刻变革期,为有效解决“锐实力”“威胁论”等西方舆论对我国正常发展的歪曲污蔑等问题,缓和国际社会矛盾冲突,尝试改变以往“硬实力”“软实力”等传统国家实力观念,在充分理解并延伸“通实力”概念与内涵维度的基础上,从“互联互通”理念出发,根据“通实力”特性及目标,提出了吸引力、影响力、集聚力、顺应力和阻通力等5个“通实力”评估维度,建立涉及经济贸易、旅游文化、科技教育、交通运输、自然资源以及社会保障等6个领域的“通实力”指数评价指标体系。该指数体系的构建对提升国家实力,推进人类命运共同体构建具有较好的应用价值。
The current international situation is in an important period of transformation and profound change. In order to effectively solve the problems of “sharp power” and “threat theory” and ease national conflicts, this paper attempts to change the traditional concepts of national power, such as “hard power” and “soft power”. On the basis of fully understanding and extending the concept and connotation dimension of “connectivity power”, starting from the concept of “interconnection”, this paper analyzes the current situation According to the characteristics and objectives of “connectivity power”, this paper puts forward a “connectivity power” index evaluation index system covering five dimensions of attraction, influence, cohesion, adaptability and resistance, involving six fields of economy and trade, tourism and culture, science and technology education, transportation, natural resources and social security. The construction of the index system is of great significance to enhance national strength and promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
