基于中国大学MOOC的混合式教学模式构建与实践研究 被引量:5

摘要 混合式教学是教育信息化和大数据时代背景下高校课堂教学创新的必然要求。基于中国大学MOOC平台和互动性强的微信慕课堂构建混合式教学,以“劳动关系管理”课程为例,对上述混合式教学模式进行实践应用,从智慧教学情景、教学实施、教学评价三方面探讨构建具体、可操作的闭环教学实施过程,并通过问卷调查与数据分析对上述混合式教学效果进行评价。结果表明,实验班在学习兴趣、学习参与度、学习热情、学习习惯、自信心、沟通表达、批判性思维方面得分均高于对照班;而且随着混合式教学模式的实践运用,其学习成绩及学习效果逐年改善,混合式教学模式在学习过程实践效果和学习成绩方面有提升促进作用。 Blended teaching is an inevitable requirement of classroom teaching innovation in colleges and universities under the background of educational informatization and big data era.The blended teaching construction is structured based on the MOOC platform and the popular and highly interactive Wechat MOOC class.Taking the course Labor Relations Management as an example for carrying out blended teaching,it discusses the detailed,specific and operable closed-loop implementation process of the blended teaching mode from wisdom teaching situation,teaching implementation and evaluation.Finally,it evaluated the effects of the blended teaching by questionnaire survey and data analysis.By comparison,the experimental class scored higher than the control class in learning interest,learning participation,learning enthusiasm,learning habits,self-confidence,communication and expression,and critical thinking ability.In terms of academic performance and learning effect,with the practice and application of blended teaching mode,its academic performance has been improved year by year.Totally,the blended teaching mode has a promotion effect on the learning process practice effect and academic performance.
