摘要
教师科研在本质上是一种重要的综合素养。综述国内外过去20多年关于我国高校外语教师科研的文献发现:已有研究经历了从行为主义认识论到人本主义认识论的理论视角演变;采用不同方法探究了基本现状、影响因素和变化过程3个主题。文章据此提出研究展望,呼吁未来研究基于人类发展生态学视角探究我国高校外语教师的解放性科研素质。
Teacher research is essentially a comprehensive literacy. The review of studies on Chinese tertiary foreignlanguage teacher research over the past 20 years draws conclusions as follows. First, these studies experiencedtheoretical transformation from behaviorism to humanism. Second, the studies inquired into the issues of the basicstatus, influential factors and changing processes of teacher research by applying multiple research methods. Thereview also discusses prospects for future research, calling on exploration of teachers’ emancipatory researchcompetencies from the ecological perspective on human development.
