摘要
分别使用无卤阻燃剂IFR和环保阻燃剂EFR对无规共聚聚丙烯E680E进行改性,得到无卤阻燃聚丙烯树脂(IFRE680E)和环保阻燃聚丙烯树脂(EFRE680E),再通过对它们进行釜压发泡与蒸汽模内成型制备得到无卤阻燃釜压发泡聚丙烯(EPP)成型体IFREPP25M和环保阻燃EPP成型体EFREPP25M,利用SEM、极限氧指数(LOI)测试、燃烧性能测试、防火等级测试等对EPP成型体的燃烧性能和成型性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,IFR添加量为20%(w)的IFRE680E的LOI为33.5%,EFR添加量为5%(w)的EFRE680E的LOI为30.8%。EFREPP25M的发泡成型性能和燃烧性能均优于IFREPP25M,且UL 94泡沫材料水平燃烧测试可达HF-1级,在火灾中热量释放速率更慢,产生烟气更少,危害性更低,且外观质量、力学性能和保温性能与通用聚丙烯发泡材料接近。
IFRE680E and EFRE680E were prepared by filling E680E with halogen-free flame retardant(IFR)and eco-friendly flame retardant(EFR),respectively.Then anti-fire expanded polypropylene(EPP)foam blocks IFREPP25M and EFREPP25M were obtained by autoclave foaming and steam-chest molding with IFRE680E and EFRE680E,respectively.Burning characteristics and mold-ability of above obtained EPP foam blocks were studied by SEM,limiting oxygen index(LOI)test,burning test and cone calorimeter.The result showed that the LOI of IFRE680E with 20%(w)of IFR and 5%(w)of EFR were 33.5%and 30.8%,separately.EFREPP25M presented better molding and fire retardant performances than IFREPP25M.The UL94 horizontal burning foamed material test grade of EFREPP25M was up to HF-1,which meant slower heat release rate,less smoke generation and lower hazard in fire and similar appearance,mechanical and thermal insulation properties with pure EPP foam blocks.
