摘要
掘进工作面生产期间瓦斯涌出量大而且涌出量不均匀,严重制约了巷道的快速掘进。为了解决瓦斯涌出量大且不均匀的问题,在余吾煤矿的N1105胶带顺槽进行了迎头快速预抽试验。对该试验进行了研究。该试验利用深孔快速预抽及浅孔释放技术,对煤巷掘进工作面迎头释放钻孔进行优化设计,目的是快速降低煤体瓦斯含量,提高瓦斯涌出均匀性,进而降低回风流瓦斯体积分数,从而提高掘进效率。
During the production of the heading face,the gas emission is large and uneven,which seriously restricts the rapid heading of the coal roadway.In order to solve the problem of large and uneven gas emission,an experimental study was carried out in the N1105 belt chute of Yuwu Coal Mine.This paper studied the experiment.The technology of rapid pre pumping with deep holes and release with shallow holes was used in the experiment,and the head-on release holes of coal roadway heading face was optimized,in order to quickly reduce the gas content of coal,improve the uniformity of gas emission,and then reduce the gas volume fraction of the return air flow,so as to improve the tunneling efficiency.
