火电厂节能减排的颗粒物控制装置设计及应用

摘要 锅炉烟气颗粒物排放会污染大气,大量燃煤烟气的排放对大气环境造成了严重污染。中国当前空气质量的首要污染物仍是颗粒物。对火电厂节能减排的颗粒物控制装置的设计及应用进行了探讨。该装置合理利用倾斜的吸尘管对烟囱产生的烟气进行净化,而利用扇叶的转动可使导轮在导轨内滑动,从而使吸尘管摆动,使用吸尘管的不同面对烟气的颗粒物进行吸附,达到净化的目的。采用颗粒物控制装置后,排放烟气粉尘大约减少了一半,可降低烟气除尘费用,既节约电能又保护环境,同时也保障人身健康及经济收益。 The emission of particulate matter from boiler flue gas will pollute the atmosphere,and the emission of a large number of coal-burning flue gas causes serious pollution to the atmosphere.The primary pollutant in China's current air quality remains particulate matter.This paper discussed the design and application of particulate matter control device for energy saving and emission reduction in thermal power plants.The device makes reasonable use of inclined suction tube to clean the flue gas produced by the chimney,and the rotation of the fan blade can make the guide wheel slide in the guide rail,so that the suction tube swings,the use of suction tube of different face to adsorb particulate matter in the flue gas,to achieve the purpose of purification.After adopting the particulate matter control device,the emission of flue gas dust is reduced by about half,which can reduce the cost of flue gas dust removal,save electric energy and protect the environment,and also protect human health and economic profit.
