摘要
燃煤电厂正逐步对烟气脱硝设备的还原剂供应系统进行改造,采用尿素水解制氨工艺替代液氨来制备脱硝还原剂。尿素水解反应器内溶液起泡将对烟气脱硝系统的正常运行造成极大的危害,如果不采用适当的预防和处理措施,会造成重大环保事故。分析尿素水解反应器内溶液起泡的现象及其产生的危害,探究尿素溶液的泡沫产生机理。在分析尿素水解反应器内溶液起泡原因的基础上,提出了防止和解决尿素溶液起泡的技术措施。
Coal-fired power plants are gradually transforming the reducing agent supply system of flue gas denitrification equipment,using urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia instead of liquid ammonia to prepare denitration reducing agents.The foamling of solution in urea hydrolysis reactor will cause great harm to the normal operation of flue gas denitration system.If some proper prevention and treatment measures are not adopted,it may even cause major environmental pollution accidents.This paper analyzed the phenomenon of solution foaming and its hazards,and explored the foam generation mechanism of urea solution.On the basis of analyzing the causes for foaming in the urea hydrolysis reactor,it presented technical measures to prevent and solve urea solution foaming.
