基于浮子位置对内浮盘与浮动出油装置影响的力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 内浮盘与浮动出油装置间的受力情况关系到储存航空煤油内浮顶油罐的安全运行。通过搭建模拟试验装置,对内浮盘与浮动出油装置的受力情况进行试验分析,测量了不同浮子安装位置时内浮盘的受力特点。进一步结合内浮盘与浮动出油装置间的作用力分析,选取机场油库储存航空煤油的内浮顶油罐为例,计算了浮动出油装置的受力情况及浮子安装位置对受力的影响,以期为机场油库内浮顶油罐的安全运行提供理论和技术支持。 The force acting between inner floating tray and floating oil outlet device is related to the safe operation of the inner floating roof tank for storing aviation kerosene.In this article,with establishing simulated test apparatus,the loads acting on inner floating tray and floating oil outlet device were tested and analyzed.The loads when the float was located in different position were measured,the force acting between inner floating tray and floating oil outlet device was then analyzed further.Exampled with the inner floating roof tank for storing aviation kerosene,the load acting on floating oil outlet device and effect of float installation position to the load were calculated,which may be referenced for theoretical and technical support in maintaining safe operation of the inner floating roof oil tank used in airport.
