摘要
目前我国的高速公路建设正处于旺盛时期,而各类工程施工安全事故也频频发生,导致人员的伤亡和大量的财产损失,惨痛的教训使得施工单位必须重视过程管控及监督检查,由于高速公路施工过程中程序复杂,不确定因素较多,对安全管理提出了挑战。针对高速公路工程,从作业类型的应对措施进行叙述,足量的安全投入和有责任、意识的管理人员是实现工程安全的必备条件,安全责任的监督、落实是安全管理的重要因素。
At present,China’s highway construction is in a booming period.Safety accidents occur frequently in all kinds of Engineering construction,resulting in casualties and a large number of property losses.Painful lessons make construction units pay attention to process control and supervision and inspection.Safety management is challenged due to complicated procedures and many uncertainties during highway construction.For highway engineering,this paper describes the corresponding measures from the type of work.Adequate safety investment and responsible and conscious managers are essential to achieve project safety.The supervision and implementation of safety responsibility is an important factor of safety management.
