摘要
目的传统的产品模块化数学建模方法不能准确地对复杂产品模块化的参数进行识别,不能有效地完成复杂产品模块化数学建模。在人工神经网络的基础上,提出一种复杂产品模块化数学建模方法。方法利用一元线性回归方程建立曲线模型,通过回归方法识别复杂产品模块化的数据,用人工神经网络及线性加权组合法对复杂产品的数学模型进行求解,寻求复杂产品模块化的最优值,完成复杂产品模块化数学建模。结果实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地完成复杂产品模块化数学建模。结论验证了基于人工神经网络的复杂产品模块化数学建模方法较为有效。
Objective The traditional modular mathematical modeling method can not identify the parameters of complex products accurately and effectively complete the modular mathematical modeling of complex products.Based on artificial neural network,a modular mathematical modeling method for complex products was proposed.Methods The curve model was established by using univariate linear regression equation,the modular data of complex products were identified by regression method.Then,the mathematical model of complex products was solved by artificial neural network and linear weighted combination method to seek the optimal value of complex product modularization.Results The experimental results showed that the method could be used to effectively complete the modular mathematical modeling of complex products.Conclusion The modular mathematical modeling method of complex products based on artificial neural network is effective.
