摘要
在汽车制造领域,自动化技术与机械设计的迅猛发展,不但精准把控了在汽车及各零件多项生产中的制造工艺,还有效提升了生产质量的工作效率,进一步实现了汽车制造领域各零部件的生产流程的自动化和智能化。首先介绍了汽车机械制造工业的特点,分析了汽车制造领域机械设计与自动化技术应用的重要性,详细总结了精密定位技术、数控技术、精密切削技术等多项技术在汽车制造领域的应用,并探究了汽车机械制造行业加工技术与管理模式的创新发展。
In the field of automobile manufacturing,the rapid development of automation technology and mechanical design not only accurately controls the manufacturing process in the production of automobile and various parts,but also effectively improves the work efficiency of production quality,and further realizes the automation and intelligence of the production process of various parts in the field of automobile manufacturing.Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics of automobile machinery manufacturing industry,analyzes the importance of the application of mechanical design and automation technology in the field of automobile manufacturing,summarizes in detail the application of many technologies such as precision positioning technology,numerical control technology and precision cutting technology in the field of automobile manufacturing,and explores the innovative development of processing technology and management mode in the automobile machinery manufacturing industry.
