推杆装配自动压装机的设计与试验

摘要 推杆是电机与丝杠一体化设计的模块化单元,能够将电机的旋转运动转化为直线运动。设计了一种用于推杆装配的自动压装机。自动压装机的机械部分采用了十字滑台和两套电机结合滚珠丝杠-螺母副的传动机构,电控系统由三菱FX3U系列可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、FX2N-10GM定位模块、FX3U-2HC高速计数模块和三菱GS2107触摸屏等电气元器件组成。自动压装机通过自动检测恒定推力下退让位移值并与允许值比对,能够限制压入力最大值并判断其是否合格。样机试用表明,通过将自动压装机装配与检测功能进行一体化设计,能够将装配效率从平均80件/(人·天)提高至252件/(人·天),装配返工率从5%左右降低至1%,在提升自动压装机推杆装配效率的同时能够提高装配自动化程度。 The push rod is a modular unit with an integrated design of a motor and a screw rod,which can convert the rotary motion of the motor into linear motion.An automatic press fitting machine for push rod assembly was designed.The mechanical part of the automatic press fitting machine adopts a cross slide,two sets of motors and ball screw nut pair transmission mechanism.The electric control system is composed of Mitsubishi FX3 U series Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),FX2 N-10 GM positioning module,FX3 U-2 HC highspeed counting module,Mitsubishi GS2107 touch screen and other electrical components.The designed automatic press fitting machine automatically detects the constant thrust downward displacement value and compares it with the allowable value,which can limit the maximum pressing force and judge whether it is qualified.The prototype test shows that the assembly efficiency can be increased from an average of 80 pieces/(person·day)to 252 pieces/(person·day),and the assembly rework rate can be reduced from about 5%to 1%by integrating the assembly and inspection functions of the automatic press fitting machine,which can improve the assembly automation degree and efficiency after using the automatic press fitting machine.
