摘要
检测市售六种牛奶产品的氯霉素残留量,并比较四种不同前处理方法对检测效果的影响。采用胶体金免疫层析法检测牛奶产品中氯霉素的残留量;通过加标和ELISA试验,对比四种牛奶前处理方法对检测效果的影响。胶体金免疫层析法检测结果显示,六种牛奶的氯霉素含量均未超标,达到国家标准。准确度测定结果显示方法三的平均回收率最高;精密度分析结果显示方法三批内变异变异系数和批间变异系数分别为3.20%、4.99%,在四种方法中均最小,说明用乙酸乙酯提取牛奶中残留的氯霉素,回收率最高,结果准确。
The aim of the experiment was to detect chloramphenicol residues in six kinds of milk products,and to compare the effects of four different pretreatment methods on the detection results.Colloidal gold immunochromatography was used to detect chloramphenicol residues in milk products.Four kinds of milk pretreatment extraction processes were compared by labeling and ELISA.The results of colloidal gold immunochromatography showed that the content of chloramphenicol in six kinds of milk did not exceed the standard,and reached the national standard.The results of accuracy determination showed that the average recovery of the method three was the highest.The results of precision analysis showed that the intra batch coefficient of variation and inter batch coefficient of variation of the method three were 3.20%and 4.99%,respectively,which were the smallest among the four methods.The results showed that the extraction of chloramphenicol from milk with ethyl-acetate had the highest recoveryand accurate results.
