摘要
为保证桥梁顶推过程中施工的安全,以国内首座跨径最大的圆环形独塔双索斜拉桥为工程背景,对顶推过程中临时墩的设计及施工工艺进行研究。通过对比分析优选最佳临时墩位置,介绍该临时墩的结构设计并利用MIDAS/Civil对其不同状态下的应力应变及竖向反力进行验算,此外提出了栈桥与主跨临时墩的施工措施,保证临时墩的安全施工,为类似桥梁工程的设计和施工提供一定参考意义。
In order to ensure the safety of bridge construction in the process of launching,the design and construction technology of temporary pier in the process of launching are studied based on the engineering background of the first ring-shaped single tower double cable plane cable-stayed bridge with the largest span in China.Through comparative analysis and optimization of the temporary pier location,this paper introduces the structural design of the temporary pier,and uses MIDAS/civil to check the stress,strain and vertical reaction under different states.In addition,it puts forward the construction measures of trestle and main span temporary pier,so as to ensure the safe construction of the temporary pier,which provides some reference for the design and construction of similar bridge projects.
