摘要
本文旨在构建Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx-CaCO_(3)复合膜并探究其在促进成骨分化方面的骨再生活性。通过优化蚀刻法及混合抽滤法,得到Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)复合膜材料,扫描电镜进行微观表征,并通过生物相容性实验检测该材料的细胞毒性,开展碱性磷酸酶活性实验探究该材料的成骨活性。结果显示,Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx-CaCO_(3)复合膜由二维片层Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)夹层CaCO_(3)微球构成,该材料具有良好的安全性及促增殖活性,且具备促进小鼠前成骨细胞系成骨分化的能力。实验结果表明,Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)复合膜在骨再生领域具有应用潜力。
This article aims to construct Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)composite membrane and explore its bone regeneration activity in promoting osteogenic differentiation.The Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)composite membrane material was obtained by the etching method and the suction filtration method.The microscopic characterization was performed by scanning electron microscope observation,and the biocompatibility experiment was performed to detect the cytotoxicity of the material.Then the alkaline phosphatase activity experiment was carried out to explore the material’s osteogenic activity.The results showed that the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)composite membrane was composed of two-dimensional nanosheet Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)sandwiched CaCO_(3)microspheres.This material had good biocompatibility and proliferation activity,and had the ability to promote the osteogenic differentiation of mouse pre-osteoblastic cell lines.Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-CaCO_(3)composite membrane has application potential in the field of bone regeneration.
