摘要
研究目的为应对人力短缺和人工成本上升现状,提高林业机械化水平,同时加快林业现代化进程。以浙江省安吉县毛竹林区为例,采取随机抽样和典型调查相结合的方式,共收集样本23个,通过交叉分析、使用率及补贴分析的方法解析竹林机械的使用现状、评价及诉求,并辅以竹产业机械使用典型案例论述竹林机械应用的可行性和可推广性。结果表明:竹林机械普及率有待进一步提高;需加强林农的技术培训,提升机械使用意识和能力;竹林机械的安全性和便携性亟待提高;政策的扶持力度有待加强。建议:加强竹林机械研制的政策支持,加速研制安全、便携的竹林机械;建立示范性毛竹机械装备示范基地,加强典型示范作用;加大投入林道的改善与建设;竹林机械购置应纳入与农业机械补贴同等范围,促进竹林机械装备购置与利用,提升竹林经营水平。
In order to deal with the current situation of manpower shortage and rising labor cost,improve the level of forestry mechanization and speed up the process of forestry modernization.Taking the Phyllostachys pubescens forest area of Anji County,Zhejiang Province as an example,a total of 23 samples were collected by means of random sampling and typical investigation.Through the methods of cross analysis,utilization rate and subsidy analysis,this paper analyzes the use status,evaluation and appeal of bamboo machinery,supplemented by typical cases of bamboo industry machinery,and discusses the feasibility and popularization of bamboo machinery application.The popularization rate of bamboo forest machinery needs to be further improved;2.Strengthen the technical training of forest farmers and improve the awareness and ability of machinery use;3.The safety and portability of bamboo machinery need to be improved.4.Policy support needs to be strengthened.[Recommendation]1.Strengthen policy support for the development of bamboo forest machinery,and accelerate the development of safe and portable bamboo forest machinery;2.Establish a demonstration base for moso bamboo machinery and equipment,and strengthen the role of typical demonstration;3.Increase investment in forest road improvement and construction;4.The purchase of bamboo machinery is included in the same scope as agricultural machinery subsidies,so as to promote the purchase and utilization of bamboo machinery and equipment and improve the management level ofbamboo forest.
