摘要
在预应力盖梁施工过程中,由于混凝土自身质量比较大,并且钢筋分布密集,距离地面高度高,施工难度大。结合沙田特大桥大体积预应力盖梁施工案例,从施工重点和难点入手,结合施工现场实际情况,从贝雷片和立柱上的支撑结构安装、底模安装、钢筋加工、混凝土浇筑、预应力施工、盖梁模板支架拆除等环节对沙田特大桥大体积预应力盖梁施工技术要点进行详细分析,在保证工程施工质量的同时,减少施工问题出现,确保工程施工安全。
During the construction of prestressed capping beam,the construction is difficult due to the relatively large weight of concrete,the dense distribution of reinforcement,and the high height from the ground.In this paper,taking the construction of large volume prestressed capping beam of Shatian super large bridge as example,and combining with the actual situation of the construction site,the main points of the construction technology of large volume prestressed capping beam of Shatian bridge were analyzed from the aspects of installation of the support structure on the Bailey sheet and the stand column,the installation of the bottom form,the processing of the steel bar,the concrete pouring,the prestressed construction,and the removal of the formwork support of capping beam.The construction technology used can reduce the occurrence of construction problems and ensure the safety of construction while ensuring the quality of construction.
