提高吹填地区深基坑注浆加固合格率措施分析

摘要 吹填地区基础地层条件比较差,地基含水量比较大,属于典型的软土地基,难以满足工程建设要求。深基坑注浆加固是解决软土地基的主要方法。结合南港工业区工程实例,分析了吹填地区深基坑注浆加固施工要点,接着探讨了影响加固合格率的主要原因,并提出相应的控制措施和改进方法。分析表明,采用注浆量、扩散规律、破坏应力,进行孔位布置;定喷、旋喷相结合加固和重新调整浆液配比三方面改进措施,吹填地区深基坑注浆加固一次合格率由90%提高到了98.2%,工期提前15 d,经济效益和社会效益显著,值得在类似工程中推广应用。 The basic stratum condition in the hydraulic reclamation area are relatively poor,and the water content of the foundation is relatively large,which is a typical soft soil foundation,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of engineering construction.Grouting reinforcement of deep foundation pit is the main method to solve soft soil foundation.Combined with the engineering example of Nangang industrial area,the key points of grouting reinforcement construction of deep foundation pit in hydraulic reclamation area were analyzed,and then the main reasons affecting the reinforcement qualification rate were discussed,and corresponding control measures and improvement methods were put forward.The analysis shows that the first pass rate of grouting reinforcement in deep foundation pit in hydraulic reclamation area is increased from 90%to 98.2%by adopting grouting quantity,diffusion law and destructive stress to arrange holes,combining fixed jet grouting with rotary grouting and readjusting slurry ratio,and the construction period is 15 days ahead of schedule.It is worth popularizing and applying in similar projects.
