功能性踝关节不稳者本体感觉力学差异及平衡训练干预效果 被引量:11

Differences in proprioceptive mechanics and the intervention effect of balance training in functional ankle arthropods

摘要 为了探究功能性踝关节不稳者位置觉、肌肉力觉的差异,并探讨平衡训练对其干预的效果,选取10名单侧功能性踝关节不稳者作为实验组,10名健康受试者作为健康组,分别测试位置觉和肌肉力觉数值。其中实验组采取平衡训练作为干预手段,进行为期10周运动干预,测试干预后位置觉、肌肉力觉数值,对比干预前后实验组位置觉、肌肉力觉指标,评价平衡训练对其本体感觉的影响。结果表明:功能性踝关节不稳者患侧跖屈-背屈运动模式下位置觉、肌肉力觉与健康组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);内翻-外翻运动模式下位置觉、肌肉力觉与健康组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);实验组经过平衡训练干预训练后与干预前相比,在跖屈-背屈运动模式下与内翻-外翻运动模式下肌肉力觉、位置觉均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。功能性踝关节不稳者同一受伤踝,无论跖屈-背屈运动模式还是内外翻运动模式下本体感觉与健康人相比都具有显著性差异,平衡训练对其干预效果明显。 To explore the differences of position sense and muscle force sense in patients with functional ankle joint instability and to explore the effect of balance training on its intervention. Methods 10 patients with unilateral functional ankle instability were selected as the experimental group and 10 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group to test the position sense and muscle sense values, respectively. The experimental group adopted balance training as an intervention method and carried out 10-week exercise intervention. The values of position sense and muscle force sense were tested after the intervention, and position sense and muscle force sense indexes of the experimental group were compared before and after the intervention to evaluate the impact of balance training on their proprioception. Position sense and muscle force sense of the patients with functional ankle instability were significantly different from those of the healthy group(p<0.05). Compared with the healthy group, there were significant differences in position sense and muscle force sense in the varus-valgus movement mode(p<0.05). In the experimental group, after balance training and intervention training, position sense and muscle force sense differed significantly between the plantation-dorsiflexion mode and the varus-valgus mode(p<0.05). Functional ankle instability in the same injured ankle, either the metatarsflexion-dorsiflexion movement mode or the internal and external movement mode of proprioception, is significantly different from that of healthy people, and the effect of balance training on its intervention is obvious.
