摘要 为研究硅灰对水泥胶砂力学性能、干缩性能的影响,在不同水胶比下研究了不同掺量硅灰对水泥胶砂的流动性、抗压强度、抗折强度和干缩率的影响。试验结果表明,2种水胶比下水泥胶砂的跳桌流动度呈现相同变化趋势,均随着硅灰掺量提高而降低;硅灰的掺入对不同水胶比的水泥胶砂强度均有提升,0.40水胶比下,10%硅灰掺量28 d抗压和抗折强度较基准组分别提升17.7%、11.0%,0.45水胶比下,10%硅灰掺量28 d抗压和抗折强度较基准组分别提升21%和12%;硅灰的掺入会提升2种水胶比胶砂的干缩率,均随着掺量的增加而增大,水胶比为0.40时干缩率更大,水胶比为0.45时60 d干缩率较基准组提升更明显。 To study the effects of silica fume on the mechanical properties and drying shrinkage properties of cement mortar, we investigated the effects of silica fume content on the fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength, and drying shrinkage rate of cement mortar under different water-binder ratios.The test results show that the jumping table fluidity of cement mortar under the two water-binder ratios follows the same change trend, that is, to decrease as the silica fume content increases.The incorporation of silica fume improves the strength of cement mortar of different water-binder ratios.Under a water-binder ratio of 0.40,a 10% silica fume increases the compressive and flexural strengths of cement mortar at 28 d by 17.7% and 11.0% respectively compared with those of the benchmark group.When the water-binder ratio is 0.45,the corresponding values are 21% and 12% respectively.The incorporation of silica fume also increases the drying shrinkage rate of the mortar in both cases, and the rate grows with the silica fume content.The drying shrinkage rate is larger when the water-binder ratio is 0.40.When the water-binder ratio is 0.45,the improvement of the drying shrinkage rate at 60 d is more obvious compared with that of the benchmark group.
